Ordering, Shipping, Returns, Condition Rating
PAYMENT
Make payment securely through PayPal by using the shopping cart system. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account. When you check out you will have the option of using your PayPal Account OR your own credit card.
Click the "Purchase" button associated with each item you would like to purchase. When you are ready to check out, click on the "View Cart" button and you will see a list of your items. At that point you may remove items or choose to "Check Out."
Sales tax will automatically be added to Washington State buyer's purchases.

SHIPPING
Shipping of jewelry is free to addresses within the U.S. Domestic shipping rates for bags are listed with each product. If you need an order rushed or require shipment outside of the continental U.S., please e-mail us your shipping address for rates.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is important to Glitterbug. If you would like to return an item, please contact us by e-mail within 2 days of receiving the item to receive refund authorization. Once obtaining authorization, you must return the item immediately in the same condition as received by insured First Class or Priority Mail, or equivalent (insurance is required). You will be refunded your purchase price, less shipping, and less a 5% restocking fee.
CONDITION RATINGS
All products at Glitterbug Vintage Jewelry are previously-owned.
Please note that condition rating is subjective, therefore, for each piece of jewelry I have described any flaws I see along with the condition rating. Older pieces may have verdigris, yet still be rated excellent if stones are clear and bright and there is no scratching or chipping.
Excellent: Stones unchipped and clear, no peeling pearls. Back of jewelry may show slight wear.
Very Good: Stones may have tiny fleabites noticeable on very close inspection, enamel may have minor chips. Backs may show moderate wear.
Good: Stones may show some deterioration in the foiling on close inspection and/or may have minor chips, pearls may have some peeling, metal may show moderate wear.
