Vintage Heart Necklace

Here is a heart pendant in goldtone metal with keyhole bordered in tiny clear rhinestones. The pendant measuring 2" x 2 1/4" hangs from a 24" chain with a rectangular tag marked Schiaparelli and the copyright symbol. I am not familiar with Schiaparelli having a tag like this so I am not vouching for this being a Schiaparelli piece.
