A colorful berry cluster dress clip of glass beads individually attached to a round pierced plastic back. 2" diameter. Miriam Haskell's jewelry was not signed until the late 1940s. Elements that lead me to believe that this is an unsigned Miriam Haskell are: 1. Haskell clip identified in a photo on pages 72 and 75 Miriam Haskell Jewelry by Pamfiloff and Gordon as being used in the 1930s and in WWII 2. Beads attached to pierced plastic backing 3. Color combination of beads can be seen in Pamfiloff/Gordon book on page 73 & 148 and on page 149 you can this style of cluster dressclip This would have been a WWII dress clip, circa 1940, made without earlier metal back plates which became unavailable when metals were appropriated for war materials production in the early 1940s.
